Order Processing Time
At KS Nails Sales, we process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed of any delays.

We offer two convenient shipping options to bring professional nail care directly to your doorstep:

Returns & Exchanges
Just as we dedicate ourselves to providing high-quality products like our Dip Powder Collections and MagneticFX, we want your shopping experience to be completely satisfying. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned with all included components and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened cosmetic products including Gel Polish, Color Changing Nail Polish, and any opened nail care items
- Used tools and applicators such as Acrylic Nail Brushes that have been opened or used
- Personal care items where the seal has been broken
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1 Contact Our Support Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
2 Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
3 Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

4 Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds and Credits
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The timing of when the funds reach your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Refund Amount
Your refund will include the cost of the returned item(s). Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item
- If you selected free shipping on an order over $50 but are returning some items that bring your order total below $50, the original shipping fee of $12.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different color, size, or product from our collections such as Acrylic Collections, Gel & Nail Polish Collections, or Dip Powder Colors. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund/store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
